Causes of Vulnerability over Minor Irritations

Although the typical response to anger is not at all immediate, some people show their vulnerability to breakdown even over minor irritations. When an individual outbursts with anger, there is a wide array of emotional feelings that are working behind the optimum outburst point. In most of the cases, people who breakdown so easily over minor irritations, do not care to bother about examining their changing feelings before they experience outburst.

When you are up to anger management course, quite probably the therapist will take your personal history contributing to your individualized responsiveness towards anger. In fact, personal history such as the environmental and familial condition and reaction to history plays the crucial role in reaction over anger. This is why some individuals react so easily against minor problems such as not having ticket in a show, while others may take it sportingly. Not only that the individuals suffering from quick anger outburst problem learn from modeling the behavior of their angry parents, but also they may have been experience a long, unresolved personal history comprising of unheard feeling, ignorance, sadness, frustration and disrespect.

In such cases, the onset of the anger event may lead the individual through a continuum consisting of a wide array of emotional feelings that play the key role in the manifestation of anger, intensification of agitation, etc, which is then blended with personal history, leading the individuals to outburst. The intensification and frequency of anger becomes much higher especially when the individuals lack the ability to step back and reconsider the direction of their anger in question.
